Dear patients and family of Cole Family Dentistry,
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is being closely monitored around the world, we want to ensure you that we are making every effort for safety precautions.
As a healthcare facility, we already practice regulated precautions guided by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, CDC and OSHA. These measures keep everyone safe including staff and patients. In addition to sterilizing all instruments and regularly changing masks and gloves, we sanitize our entire clinical areas. Our waiting rooms are also sanitized regularly to keep germs at bay.
What are we asking from you, the patient?
We kindly ask any patient who has been sick, or has been in close proximity with someone who has been running a fever or sick for the past 48 hours, to please reschedule your appointment. No cancellation charges would ever be accrued because of the seriousness of this virus. As another promise to you, any Cole Family Dentistry team member who is sick or running a fever is not permitted to come into work due to our close proximity with patients.
We also ask all family members that are accompanying patients to the practice remain in their car while the patient is being seen. If needed, we may ask patients that are scheduled to wait in their car and receive a phone call when it is their turn for treatment. Cole Family Dentistry will not supply masks or personal protection equipment (gloves, gowns, hats, etc.) to patients or family members.
We value every one of our patients and take your health seriously. These precautions will help ensure that Cole Family Dentistry remains a safe environment for all of us – patients, family, and team!
