About Us
Cole Family Dentistry is a full-service, thriving dental practice in south-central Pennsylvania with two locations to serve you in Hanover, York County and Littlestown, Adams County.
Dr. Jeffrey Cole is fulfilling a life-long dream of owning a family-oriented dental practice. The family atmosphere carries over into daily interactions with nine staff members, as well as our wonderful patients.
We welcomed Dr. Diana Shoe to our growing practice in August 2013. She is available in both offices part-time. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Shoe was born and raised in Peru, and she currently resides in Hanover with her husband and two sons.
We truly believe in treating everyone just as we would treat our own family. Dental health is precious and we treasure all of our patients as well as their health!

I am also an Invisalign Preferred Provider.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym. I also enjoy spending time with my two sons – going on walks and playing with them. I have been married to my loving husband, Jason, since 2005.

I enjoy getting to know our patients on a personal level, and helping them as much as I can – especially with tricky things like dental insurance companies.
I usually spend all of my time with my family and friends. I love camping in the summer with my husband and our 2 children.
Getting to know… Katie:
CFD: “Who is your favorite superhero and why?”
Katie: “Well, I don’t believe in Superman or Batman, but I do believe in Jesus Christ. He is the Lord of lords and King of kings, and my personal Savior. The Bible says I can do ALL things through Him who strengthens me! How’s that for super powers? Pretty almighty!”
CFD: “At age 10, what did you want to be when you grew up?”
Katie: “I actually wanted to be an actress. I had a big imagination as a child, and I thought I would move to New York City and be famous. As I grew older, I realized I’m a small-town girl at heart. I still love to explore NYC when I get the chance, and that dream still bubbles up from time to time.”

Part of my patient care includes insurance submission (getting the most out of your dental insurance), treatment planning and financial arrangements.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and twin daughters.
Getting to know… Shannon:
CFD: “Tell us about your family and pets.”
Shannon: “In December 2011, I married my husband, Matt. In 2013, our twin daughters were born, and they always keep us on our toes! We added some pets to the mix because we just weren’t quite busy enough. We have a Shih-tzu puppy named Diggy and a dwarf hamster named Strawberry.”
CFD: “What is the best place to eat in the area and why?”
Shannon: “We love pizza and frequently order delivery from Divino’s or Sal’s. You can find us at Texas Roadhouse on the rare occasion that we do venture out to a restaurant. My daughter’s can’t get enough of those dinner rolls and the kid-friendly atmosphere.”

Part of my patient care is scheduling appointments, insurance submission and sleep apnea studies.
I enjoy spending time with my family and fur babies, golfing, and being outdoors.
Getting to know… Jen:
CFD: “What is your favorite holiday and why?”
Jen: “My favorite holiday is Christmas. Christmas to me isn’t about the gifts. It is about spending memorable time with family and friends. I enjoy seeing all of the decorations and Christmas lights as well.”
CFD: “If you were a kitchen appliance what would you be and why?”
Jen: “If I were a kitchen appliance, I would be a dishwasher. I like seeing things organized and sparkling clean. Once my motivation starts, I’m a cleaning master!”

I have worked in the dental field for 2 years and love it! I’m one of the several smiling faces at the front desk. I enjoy building relationships with our patients as I get to meet them on a first name basis.
Outside of work I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and hanging with my 12 year old daughter Brylee. I like to stay busy whether its being involved with my church or catching up with friends. Living for me is never putting things off tomorrow but making the most out of that moment today.
Getting to know… Kaleigh:
CFD: “Which Hollywood star would be good to play a story of your life and why?”
Kaleigh: “The Hollywood star that would be good to play a story of my life would be Blake Lively. Blake is a mom of girls and rocks at parenting! I myself have a little girl, and I want to say most days, I rock at understanding her as a friend, but being a mom as number one. Blake also has a fun and quirky personality that most would say are my best attributes. Being a mom is the biggest job of my life but also like to have a good time while doing it!”
CFD: “Tell us 2 things from your bucket list.”
Kaleigh: “Just 2 things from my bucket list?! This is extremely hard for me. If I had to choose 2 – first would be to visit all 50 states in the USA and also be young enough to enjoy them. Second would be a trip to Europe and spend about a month to eat and experience their culture. Back-packing and not having an agenda would be the ideal way to spend this adventure!”

Brittany: “If I were an animal I would be a bear, a Mama bear. I am protective of my children and the idea of hibernating during the winter sounds perfect!!
CFD: “What is your biggest pet peeve?”
Brittany: “As a mom I could list pages of pet peeves! Open cabinet doors, not replacing the toilet paper roll, not taking dishes to the sink, clothes on the floor instead of the laundry hamper… but my biggest pet peeve would be not completing a project that was started.”

I received my Dental Hygiene degree in 2009 from Harrisburg Area Community College. I love patient care and getting to know each and every one of my patient’s.
